Meet our Architects
Renowned for his expertise in creating world-class golf courses, Ronald Fream brings his visionary touch to the Zion Hills golf course. With a career spanning over four decades and golf courses in 65 countries, once ranked by Golf Inc Magazine as the 15th most powerful person in golf worldwide, Fream is known for designing challenging courses that harmonise with natural landscapes. His thoughtful design at Zion Hills reflects his commitment to both beauty and playability, making the course a highlight of our community.
The golf course owes much of its brilliance to Bill Kessener, an American golf course shaper with nearly four decades of global experience. As our Golf Construction Director and lead shaper, Bill has worked closely with Fream to bring his visionary designs to life across continents.
George Philpott, founder of Legacy Golf Design, USA, mentored by Ron Fream for decades has been an integral part of Zion Hills since its inception. On the back nine of Zion Hills, George meticulously carried forward Ron’s design vision, crafting a masterpiece that challenges golfers to test their decision-making and skills with every club in the bag.
Arun Nalapat, the founder of Arun Nalapat Architects, is known for their site inspired design approach that makes each project unique. And in Zion Hills, this approach has been brought to life by the vast expanse of natural beauty, Bangalore’s idyllic climate, the contours of the golf course and his own experience here as a resident. The various club and recreational buildings as well as the homes in Phase II are testimony to his mastercraft!

The land is owned by Confident Group and Zion Hills is the Developer and Manager of the project, combining expertise in real estate and a passion for golf and community creation.

Founder Chairman of confident Group & Zion Hills Golf with his visionary and courageous leadership, acquired the lands on which Zion Hills is built, about two decades ago, thereby laying the foundation for the creation of the project.
